Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused or gently used
  • Products must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened products that are excessively used

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
